The real affront is they say Captains are now management.....well i never saw profit share or the bonuses that management give themselves over the years....but now i am meant to share in the complete screw ups you created....and go without my 13th month....

Throw in cut to provident fund, and housing.....why anyone would volunteer to help?

Time for the four bar guys and gals to flex their muscles.
All that reaching in and out of my pocket to pay everybody else's 13th month is enough flexing thanks.

To put it into perspective a Hong Kong based year 2 First Officer will earn more in basic pay than the most junior Captain.
