Truth Seekers -
With you as its head and all your imaginary friends as its members, I'm sure such an organization would be a force to be reckoned with.
Believe me, I'm no huge fan of the AOA either, but the result of the recent court case about Rostering Practices should show even you that the 'truth' is not as black and white as you would have us believe. Then again, perhaps it is not the 'truth' you seek.

you would be surprised who my "imaginary" friends are Avago. a lot more AOA members than you would like to admit. believe me, the AOA is finished as a force. this last throw of the dice will not hack it with management and the treatment of the replacement drivers ( me included) hasn't helped the AOA on little bit. i shall be lobbying for a PILOT / COMPANY untion along the lines of AIPA. bet i have more members by the end of 2005 than you lot in the AOA.

If we were just a little circumspect then possibly the disastrous situation we all find ourslves in could be the bridge we all have been seeking. It is inconceivable that anyone would wish for the demise of the AOA. That would be in no ones best interest, Company or Members. Couldn't you bright people be applying yourselves to initiatives that build and strengthen - even for just a day?

During the hight of the dispute I took part in an interview with CX and told them where to stick their job when asked how I felt about being labled as a scab. Since that time nothing has really changed, people patted me on the back and said well done for standing up for your convictions, yet at the same time people took ungrades, pilots ignored the ban (even those who patted me on the back) and where did this get me, no where! People are all the same, they look after themselves and preach convictions that their not even strong enough to adhere to. You can all have your job up there, money does not bring you happiness and to hear the ban has been lifted makes me laugh, do you think CX will give me a second chance, I don't think so, but do I really give a S---T, NO! GO THE VB!
