Nobodies talking about all the noise polution coming from the reclaiming of the land on the harbour.
Those boats keep drilling the ground everyday during daylight hours and still the rent/apartment prices keep going up...
In the western world, when a construction site moves next door for 5yrs+ the prices start coming down. Its like TC people want to pay more to live next to construction...

One of my favorite aspects to living in Hong Kong was the constant renovation work and drilling that went on.
I especially loved it when people above me started doing aerobics or playing with marbles on a hard floor at 2am.
Oh how I miss those days....
