At least DSS has done a great job of unifying the membership, both against the company and against DSS.

Morning Coffee will be sitting at his cubicle Monday morning wondering just how the Evil Empire was defeated by the rebels once again. That's the difference between having moral right and might on your side: no matter what the power structure of the enemy, good and right usually overcome evil. And the management ethos for the past 25 years verges on evil. Enjoy your beating on Monday MC. As you know, totalitarian entities have a habit of devouring their own. Your days are numbered pal.

Apparently RH has been summoned back to HKG to immediately try to repair the damage. The 'No" vote was never anticipated and a bit like the Brexit vote in the UK in 2016 never planned for. The senior management is in total dis-array today and the candles will be burning long into tonight and Sunday as they scramble to come with Plan B. Candles will also be burning in churches all over HKG as the comapny hasn't a prayer in salvaging this mess.

Just look at the contrasting message in the Jellyfish's words today. He just HAD to try to stick it in and ensure that other employees get the point about these greedy pilots, whilst claiming to wish to move forward together. He/they admirably demonstrate they simply don't and never will get it.

This is the second time in three years that a proposal recommended by the HKAOA GC has been voted down by the HKAOA membership.

The views and input of all of our people including our professional pilots are extremely valuable to us. Despite this proposal not going ahead, we will look for new ways to engage and involve our line pilots. We remain absolutely committed to better aligning our interests.
