July 9th 2001. A leopard does not change its spots and neither do the BOC that run CPA.

And we know each and every one of the BOCs thanks to he who flew too low and coughed up the list of names of the BOCs when he was subsequently excommunicated.

May they all hang their heads in eternal shame.
