You must ask, does CX or the HKCAD follow IATA, FAA or EASA rules/norms or are they for "guidance" only ?? Do they follow the world wide rules for Age Discrimination ??

Google "Cathay Pacific Loses Lawsuit" or " Cathay Pacific Settles Lawsuit" and you will see how much they follow rules.

Insulting is when they changed their CX status from Managers to "Leadership" Can't wait till they "Lead" us into another lawsuit. Oh wait, the "leaders" just settled another one a week ago; c'est la vie....

IATA Ruies?

Don't forget IATA is the trade association for the world's airlines. That means it's funded by the airlines to look after their interests. I therefore wouldn't glorify any adherence to IATA rules.

Are management concerned about the 249 "R"s on the mailboxes?

Damn right they are!! So concerned they are planning on removing all the mailboxes. Problems solved, G&Ts all round and another million in the bonus pot.

TTW = Total Train Wreak.

Those are 249 people who are generally much happier than they were when their names were on the boxes. Most have found happier lives and careers back home. Congrats to them.

inside the tent v. outside the tent

I gotta say, now happily departed, it's amazing how infrequently I think about CX, and how little a **** people give when I describe my time there.

Life is good outside the bubble!
