And ‘rostering’ for this company purely means satisfying the civil aviation requirement to publish one. In no way shape or form could it ever be construed as resembling one!!

Well, most of us are dealing with our rosters in exactly the same way as the company does: we make it up as we go along (particularly over the holidays)

Inefficient Rostering

I love it when CX Elite mumble away about "expensive flight crew" etc. They need to wake up and smell the coffee.

AA 777 ULH routes - 2 Captains and 2 FO's... Oh, and their making money..
The only difference, we have #FakeManagement

American Airlines Just Surveyed All Its Employees
Amazing figures in that article:

Only 41% of American Airlines employees believe that the airline’s management makes “the right decisions that take care of customers” and only 32% believe American’s leaders listen to and “seek to understand the frontline team member experience.”
Come on, CX mangement would kill for figures that high!

Only 33% believe leadership makes “the right decisions that support” employees. Fewer than half believe they have “the flexibility to meet the needs of our customers who fly American” when things go wrong.
What would the equivalent percentages be for CX I wonder......

That'd leave 4.1% and 3.3%.... I humbly suggest that CX mangement would kill for satisfaction ratings that high.

...you are correct. Divide by 10 again. That should be about right. Can't make this stuff up if you tried...

AND lest we forget this is post merger with a lot of usairways stuff being introduced (which is not all for the good). As well as work out how it’s going to happen. Historically these are challenging times in terms of happiness.

And it’s still well over an order of magnitude of our howgozit.
