CrewK - absolutely right - they only say "yes" to those senior to them. Misguided to say the very least! Another interpretation is that they are a collective bunch of spineless fools.

Every airline has their old legendary pilots and Chic was CXs. I had the chance to meet him a few years back and CX city and had a nice chat regarding the publishing of The Tales of Betsy.
