I wonder how all of those golf balls affects the braking performance. Is there a code for that?
A remarkable demonstration of airmanship, must have been CX trained. Im sure the mouth music was spot on and the carb ice has melted.

Don't read the FH forum then if it offends you. Surely there's enough going on in the dark

Yes it's good all survived, which is why the dark humour can now surface and we can enjoy a little freudenschade.
When the newspaper quoted the pilot as saying he was worried about injuries caused by landing on the flat area "in case the plane tipped over" it seems a little bizarre our "veteran" pilot thought it safer to park it in a tree.
We all know journalists quote out of context and incorrectly, but if true, you'd have to wonder what Biggles was thinking. After all, he is a veteran pilot.
I genuinely would be interested to know the real reason he went bush rather than force land on the flatter option he chose to avoid.

Impressive.
The point is pfcspnf, that's about 4 times the number of fire engines and fire fighters that will turn up if you prang your A380 at CLK.
something obviously lost in translation.

Are you guys genuinely complaining about a city plush with rescue resources that can afford to dispatch 10 police to deal with one small incident or several fire engines for a single plane crash? Ok perhaps overkill but think of all those countries where you phone for help and it isn't coming, or its coming 30 mins from now. "Just a single gunshot wound? yeah.....we might have an officer pass by an hour from now."
