The December 2015 Codeshare with MAB that has been progressively implemented this year.

Saved MAB's bacon apparently. Selling 6 A380s for pennies to CX wouldn't have done MAB many favours. But streamlined access to the numerous European destinations that Emirates fly to was worth its weight in Gold. Christoph Mueller, unlike the clowns that run this airline, doesn't have a short-term view of things. He isn't called "one of the greatest CEOs in the industry" for nothing.

Would have been good to see calibre like this running CX. Unfortunately, he is moving to Emirates (another story in itself) in a senior role and will replace Tim Clarke in the near future.

What do Mcdonald's and Cathay have in common?

Both run by clowns.
