Disingenuous and Almost criminal to try to use the ADS-B argument as no cause for concern. The piece of equipment has no right being in a live ATC environment. Amateur built, uncertified, not flight checked.
Akin to pilots being told they can refer to G00gle Maps to get round a continuous flaw in their FMS.

So CAD staff are forced to go to briefings telling them how they face imprisonment for releasing any photos of operational equipment and 6 Tower controllers are being questioned by police, yet today we allow Mainland ATCs to come into our ATCC and photograph every system we have ever developed so that they can to take it back and copy it.

Fix the faulty Raytheon system iso threatening the staff who work around this faulty system to get the job done everyday.
