If what is rumoured below is correct, the company negotiators failed to get a deal removing the TB to the detriment of all. Instead they tried to push through the worst TA they thought they could get away with.

Classes slowing down in ADL
Large delay from ADL to starting training at CX
Long delays getting through the various upgrade courses
But that clause 7 was a company beauty! And still trying to save 5K a month HKPA compared to KA. Way to go! Let's keep shrinking, watch the local oppostion growing, cost cutting but DO NOT come to a reasonable deal with those arrogant pilots!

If they were concerned enough about the Labour Tribunal/Court Cases to want them dropped in the TA, wouldn't now be the time to ramp up those cases, maybe add anymore that have been on the back-burner as well?
If nothing else it might give a definitive answer on the validity of O days unless the AOA lawyers don't think they have a strong case?
