Victory is in sight

Direct entry everything, aircraft to KA/AHK, new COS on lower terms, everyone gets upgrades (and therefore pay rise) delayed. What an absolutely fantastic outcome for us. We are sure going to show them who's boss!

Stay the course boys, we're almost there!

We assume he's a spiky hair from the Me-Me-Me generation who just realized he signed a !!!! contract and is throwing a fit so he can get his upgrade sooner at the expense of everyone else. Would probably work on a G day for a smile from AT...

Other say he's a management troll...

Opinions vary.

Either way, he's still wrong.

So we cancel CC and start working on or days off again. All of a sudden these well placed, complex, long-lead time plans disappear in a cloud of pixie dust??

I don't think so.

Either it's all inevitable, or it's negotiations posturing, so go back to ignoring whatever she says.

Screw off Xwindlg, you're not helping.

Go play with your knob, or ride up and down the mtr in pilot's uniform, or whatever it is you do to amuse yourself.

Bye Bye.

Too many guys just blindly following the crowd, wanting to fight without thinking about what it is costing us. There is no way they will let these new aircraft go uncrewed, not going to happen. There are some very smart guys on our side but the "enemy" are no idiots. They would have some plans that they would love to unleash given the right circumstances. How badly would they love to do things like direct entry on bases? Think of the savings they would make. Would that be considered a win for us?

What will happen if all commanders discretion is taken away?
What will happen if the quasi-legal O days that they have been abusing are taken away?
They kick it up a notch, we kick it up a notch. Plenty more fun to be had.

They will hire a couple more direct entries to cover any shortfall or farm off a bit more flying to KA. Problem solved.

The Cos99 guys get very screwed too. Fed the overly optimistic advice that they would get 4 years plus of bypass pay when the reality is closer to 1 or less. Now they will have their upgrades delayed and still have to retire at 55 and look for a contract job unless they have won the lotto and can retire then.

Xwind, your cr@p English and the slick of hair gel residue across your posts reveal your origins, try harder

JMock, you forgot the fullstop at the end of your sentence. If you're going to get your tampon in a knot over a minor grammar mistake then you better have English professor standard writing yourself champ.

Always entertaining to see an ESL brushwinger wanna-be trying to make a go at a wind up.
