excessive PT in India after duty

May I politely suggest to write an ASR F or/and go right to the hotel after flight duty, write a complain/statement to the company/joint rostering , rather than just calling in sick and let the next guy suffer ?

Why won't you follow your own advise and call unfit before the PT? Why are you suffering while advocating others to not stand for it?
