Perhaps the continuing jumpseat management fiasco and horror stories at staff check in counter might finally be resolved. (Can only hope)

Probably one of the meanest, penny pinching, begrudging, awful systems in the Industry. Codged together by accountants, aircrew-hating Managers and Uncle Bob!
Frankly, I'd rather travel with BA.
