Local flights within Asia involving early morning returns (ie HND-HKG) for European crews are an example of our woeful 'fill the seat with anyone' rostering. No thought at all given to the fact that Euro pilots will have been unable to get any meaningful sleep at all. Still we do it when we should call in 'unfit for duty' due to lack of sleep.
Don't moan - do something about it!

That goes for practically every long haul flight. They manage to get away without at least one or two of the crew being awake.
