Did you read JPJP's post?

There's no such thing in law in HKG as collectively bargained contracts. Every contract, therefore, is individual.

And thank Allah for that!!

More than half the pilot body is either based or receiving the HKPA.
If the housing allowance was put to a vote it would be gone tomorrow, replaced by a 10 percent pay rise for all.

As would RA55, bypass pay and any other contract quirk where CX thinks it can get 50 percent over the line.
