There is a guy (NL) working at CX with a side business as a contractor. Do NOT use him. There are several people, that I alone know of, that have been caught out. His idea of quality leaves a lot to be desired.

My Tip - Get the gear from Mongkok, (area East of Nathan), DIY, save a fortune, better job. Maybe bung "Local" a few, get yourself a 'Gopher'.

You could always ask the ex GMA - I hear he has some spare time on his hands and he seemed pretty good at demolishing things! Not too sure about his rebuilding skills though.
