Works for me.
When ever you have a problem log a fault with IT (when you can get in). CX City is full of little people managed by slightly bigger people. They only respond to fault reports (bad news doesn't make them look good).
When ever something doesn't work (like getting the roster) one should log a fault report - managers won't be able to ignore 2,500 reports of system stoppage. The only reason we can't all get the roster when we want to is that the company is not spending enough money of the IntraCX system - we don't matter to them.
