Just spent two hours fighting 'ijourney'. Too hard - bought full fare tickets with another airline. Why is nobody accountable?

This morning I could not get on...tonight it says that there are no flights...have we shut down the airline? Or just cancelled all flight?

happened to me last week, phone 2***2195, the chappie on the other end, got it sorted.
Some tech issue with iJourney not cross loading some flights from main system. If you phone the usual staff travel number, no joy
