The Reason
So why put hard earned dollars into a system that is functional, functional for us?
At The CPG we tend not to over engineer our operations whether it is IntraCX, Seating, Engineering, PSS, staff travel, AFTL’s (yes we have a say) or just about anything we do.
We do not spend money for the future, as that will cost some of our hard earned dollars. Why would we put back into our system when we can put that hard earned money directly into our pockets?
The System is not going to help us in Management when we leave The CPG to other ventures or into retirement.
The CPG is a CASH COW and we in Management are taking advantage of this while we can. Other Management Teams in all Corporations around the world are in it for the same reason. We will pilfer the system while we can. Some will go into insolvency while Management does so without prosecution.
We all know Management is above the law in Hong Kong and most of the First World Countries. Very rarely Directors or above go to jail for breaking laws i.e. perjury or stealing but that is another thread.
At The CPG we build one road at a time and not when we need it but when it starts to affect our profits, which is directly related to our BONUS.
So if it does not directly affect OUR PROFITS, it will not be done.
That is why you get the profit share you deserve.

Anyone log a fault report with IT?
The little people won't tell the bigger people the system sucks, but if there is a spike in fault reporting due to the lack of resources for IntraCX and our inability to get the roster, something might happen as no one in the food chain will want bad performance indicators.
I just can't figure out why they don't email us our rosters, after all they email us saying the roster is available (a lie as it is not available!)
