A laughable report. I think the CAD were clutching at straws somewhat. Three previous events, and now ridiculous claims regarding EFB distractions and 'pilots not able to monitor taxying because they were not trained to taxi themselves', WTF.

The ATC instruction to expedite taxi was issued with the intention for FIN070 to depart ahead of an incoming arrival flight on approach to RWY 07L, which was at that moment approximately 18 NM from touchdown. Although the instruction to expedite taxi might have instilled a sense of urgency amongst the pilots, this kind of instruction is not an uncommon ATC operational practice in handling ground traffic in any major international airport and should not have induced undue pressure on the pilots concerned.
What is this obsession with ATC to make you expedite. It should be banned, we don't tell them to hurry up when they are working. You don't tell your brain surgeon to hurry up, there is another surgery scheduled after this one.
When you rush, you forget stuff. Get over it, that is how humans work. Deal with it instead of trying to fight it. I'm sick of this "expedite" crap. I'm not saying this specifically caused the accident, because as a professional crew the pilots should know better than to allow a non-operator to dictate their job to them. But you still have to wonder why this practice is allowed and not wiped from the repertoire of ATC.
Imagine someone yelling at you while you approach a yellow light telling you to speed up and beat the red. You don't do that in a car, why would you do it in an airplane? I don't like when ATC does it, but what really bothers me, is seeing a colleague get all flustered into actually hurrying. I operate at the same speed regardless of what they say. If I have to hold, so be it. That is what taxi fuel and contingency fuel is for. Use it or loose it.
