No-one has cancelled a significant number of freighters and these are placed far enough in time from now that they do not need to be designated as freighters and sold cheaply so someone else even if they were cancelled orders (which they're not).

How long?
Not sure how long there will be freighter captains, as the 747 fleet is reduced then there might not be slots for them if more senior captains want to stay on the 74. I certainly can't see them flying the triple.
