Good morning ladies/gents,

Do you know where to go in order to send ID90 cargo on CX from HK?
Or where to look for a quote? Is there any useful website?

There is a cargo website but its not set up for ID90.
You need to go to the CX Cargo Acceptance Counters at the cargo terminal.
Or ring them for a quote. you need the concession voucher organised first.

I used it several years ago and found the lady in the BSC, leftmost desk very helpful. If it's going to the UK then the main problem may be picking it up as, unless you're an agent, there's a very limited window that they give for individuals to access cargo at LHR.
