JFK again?
Any word on another unstable approach in JFK?
Without giving the press much to go on, rumour has a former -400 check and trainer quite low before landing configuration.

So, if ATC "mismanages" my aircraft, it's ok ? Who's in charge of the aircraft, or are their different rules for STC's (MR)?
