I've only just got round to reading the missive from our earstwhile CP(A) about the fatigue report form.

(I don't wish to invoke the wrath of Airprofit et al)... but...

For the sake of all that is holy to each individual...

The report needs a single tick in one of 7 boxes, with no identification appended... if you guys are finding that simple thing too difficult or time consuming then may I respectfully suggest that you are in the wrong job!

I would agree with you Max, but lets not forget that this is the same office that has chopped people on their 3 bar checks for making a short PA during the initial descent.
