I have used a guy called Mark Fraser.
He is a Scottish bloke living in HKG. He was to us recommended by Tequila Kola.
His contact number is 92198169. We are delighted with his work
I prepared a basic outline of what we wanted and then he 'fettled' it up to make it work. He also put wardrobe heaters in to prevent mildew which at the mo is a godsend.
I can't remember the price, but he has just recently quoted me for a study/office conversion of a small bedroom and the price was $30,000.
He also does most domestic work, such as decorating etc.
