Air quality in HK predicted to worsen by a factor of two to three in the next 20 years. Not sure how you turn the titanic around exactly...

A major contributing factor in the Titanic accident was the commercial pressure to go make it to NYC on time, so maybe no need to turn it around just slowing it down a lil'l bit might do the trick.
