Ongoing review and further opportunities

KA staff now have a higher priority over CX staff parents and companions when it comes to staff travel. Is this fair or do you accept that CX gave this to KA as one of the 3 improvements to their conditions of service in order to accept SLS.

It doesn't matter if the person in front you has some sort of 'relationship' with the check-in staff!
