Too Clever
They made a big mistake in linking contractual issues with SLS and trying to be too clever by half. The 96% sign up for SLS by the KA pilots who were just asked a simple question has left them with major egg on face. Nice to watch them squirm isn't it?

Staggering that the KA boys fell over each other to be suckered in. Extraordinary that they've given management a green light to come back for more of their conditions. Welcome to the CX world gents.
