Time to command

A brand new SO starts tomorrow. How long to command assuming the following?:
-90% Capts take Cos08
-95% FOs stay on Cos99
-starting 2010 Cx continues growth roughly as planned (all A/C orders are accepted, but all aircraft parked remain. This would include the 772.)

Some people on here seem pretty good at this stuff (maybe NC?) I'm just not too sure how to figure this out accurately. And if any of my assumptions above are out of wack let me know.
I realise this is a sore subject given the position FOs are in today, so I expect a few angry/retarded posts with a few of these and maybe one of these or two. However, if someone could show me a realistic guess and how they got it, it would be appreciated.
