US base

Hey guys,

How easy/difficult is it to get a US (Chicago, NY, LA, SF) base ?
I was invited for an interview earlier this year, but turned it down. Personal circumstances would make CX possibly a better option again, so any info on moving bases would be much appreciated.

no interviews in the US for now. Hiring is from the pool of people who already interviewed and were offered jobs
