Not that it really matters, and not to beat Number Cruncher to the punch, the training pay should be 8400 and 11760 (10% and 14%).

Cathay Check and Trainers are known to train their replacements. Should not be a problem, they do what they are told by the GMA.

Im hearing the ex Oasis guys are also being offered Oz bases on the freighter and pax, not just HKG based.

at least the DEFO's didnt join during a recruitment ban that a lot of complaining people on this site did.
