CX 889 Delays at JFK

CX 889 Delays at JFK
Hi all,
I have been noting this for awhile.
It seems like flight 889 from New York to Vancouver is almost always delayed.
Like today (May 2), it was delayed for 4 hours.
And i can think of at least a few other times where its delayed 2-4 hours.
The aircraft normally takes off YVR to JFK ontime but never on the way back.
Is there a reason for this? I'm just curious.
I know JFK is always known for delays, but surely at midnight you don't get 2 hour delays.
Any info on this?
