very true...cx management have admitted to canceling 125 flights for Dec due to crew shortages...thats why they got 20 % increase...will it work...not sure, because the underlying issues are not fixed yet.

The last line of the article says it all:

Now, when are we going to start moving together in the same direction to remind our management that the days of reduced pay and conditions is over? If we can't accomplish it now..then there really is no hope for any career prospects at CX.
