The stats on request success was also misleading because if the flight you requested later gets taken from you (as often happens), it still showed as a successful request.
No more 'we intend', it must say 'we will' or 'we will not'.
Wholeheartedly agree with you Messiah...and Hoolio also... regards the reserve swaps to prevent overtime payment.... I saw it all too often.... and heard of it all to often.

What do we want to see in a revised RP07....

1. Credit hours for all reserve duties. The company is still getting full benefit of being able to use the crew to the maximum FDP with late callouts.

2. Adequate credit for leave duties to stop the work stacking... as has been stated by many so far on this forum.

3. An increase of recovery time of 1 day for each pattern in Table X... it will still be less than 5-4-3, but an acceptable compromise... even with the arguments given that they are not required as W patterns are currently being rostered.

4. And certainly enough of the "we may" ... "we might"... Let's have it in black and white.

Be interesting to see how the GC go about determining what it will need to fix up in the agreement in order to get the membership to vote it in..... There was certainly a notceable deficiency in this process the last time around... Let's see if they can better their performance this time around.
