Progression at Cathay.

What , if any, is the realistic time to command or any progression for someone joining this year. All the time but bottom of the seniority (obviously). No politics please just a considered opinion from anyone who has been thru the system in the last five years with similar entry level approx 7000 hrs and 4000 jet command.
cheers

No seniority at Cathay in the conventional sense so time to command can be almost 0 years to never! Most get a crack at a Freighter command if they accept one at the 2-5 year mark but Pax commands start at about the 9 year point if your selected for one.
