You just can't help yourself can you?
If your having that much trouble getting guys to join, why not just lower the requirements again?? Worked last time!
P.S. A hint for you would be: 1) change your log in. 2) stop making such stupid "mangement" like comments. It's all just a bit too obvious!!

I just got the book in the mail.It is certainly interesting reading and a great compilation of useful material. The interview questions are a great help for revision for any airline interview and not necessarily for Cathay only. It's worth a read.

I'm off to Paris in oct as well, not sure what to make of it though because of all the bad press recently, do you know what the latest situation is with the recruitment ban etc.
Probably go just for the experence as I am fairly happy in my present company.

fast cruiser, I have decided not to attend the CX interview in Paris in Oct. Due to recent events, and partly the salary for a second officer. Instead I have decided to take shelter in seniority of my current company. I feel that it may prove a better move to wait and apply for a F/O position with cargo in the future.
