Charter work in the Far East

I have two questions, please!
Firstly, is it possible to fly in HK or Indonesia or anywhere in the Far East on an ICAO (South African) licence? Or get that licence easily converted?
Secondly, if so, anybody know of any jobs going in that part of the world, please?
CPL/IR and 300 hrs.
