CX Company Info for presentation and essay

Hey all,

As part of my Airline Mgt class, I chose to do a presentation and essay on Cathay Pacific...specifically, their route structure, market assessment, equipment, org culture, employee relations, employee stats, recruitment/retention policies and strategies, branding and competitive advantage. I know that's quite a bit, but is there an info package or anything I can look up (besides the website) for this stuff?

Thanks!

The rules of PPRuNe are that you shall only post one topic in one forum. Duplication of threads across the board takes up valuable space, (bandwidth), that could be used by others.
I am closing your post in the main Fragrant Harbour forum and will leave the one in Wannabes open as it has already received some responses.

regards,
