Bournemouth Airport Closed
Tonight at 2025pm Bournemouth Airport, Closed due ATC Staff Shortage's.
The MAG Group must be paying good money!!!!.
Have heard that up to 5 ATC Staff have left Bournemouth in the Last few Mouths ??????

Market forces. Staff will leave for better terms and conditions within any industry. Pay staff well, treat them with respect and offer career progression, then they might, just might stay.
May I suggest, without knowing the facts that some of the above has not happened?
Airport operators see ATCO's as overpaid wasters! Brilliant management idea, only without them and many other key workers, thier lovely airport closes!
The public suffers therefore as airlines have to adjust at the last minute for closures.
