Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Looking for Lawrence Perry

I'm looking for a helicopter pilot by the name of Lawrence Perry.
He used to be an Outward Bound instructor in Canada.

He was originally from Britain, but had immigrated to Canada as early as the 1970's.

The last I heard of him, he was flying support helicopter during a filming, in British Columbia, of the movie, "The Thing". That would have been in the early 1980's.

If you know of this character, (and he was), please pass this message on to him, "SM is in Nova Scotia. Please reply."

Thank you.
