Examiner and signing stamps?

I have been asked today for DGAC pilots to stamp their logbooks for training and LPC. I have never had an "official stamp' as an examiner but have seen some examiners do have them. Can someone tell me what is in the stamp and where to get one from?

Mine is just my name and licence/examiner number. It came from a website that sells combined pen/stamps.
