TRI course

Good afternoon, i have a few questions regarding the A320 TRI course from speculative view maybe looking at it next year.

1. what are the current opportunities post course at being self employed? (I’d stay flying the airlines but fancy ad hoc sim work)

2. What’s the current pay per session?

3. Not many places run the course, IAGO,L3 and CAE which should I avoid and best for jobs after.

4. How does it work upgrading from the TRI to a TRE is it an observed CAA session or based on time?

5. Do you need to find a partner to do the course with you or does the training provider or maybe they can run them individually.

Thanks for the information not too much online.
