Helicopter FI(R) under EASA? Does it exist?

Can't find any mention of removal of restriction or need for supervision once a FI certificate has been granted under EASA. Does this mean the old JAR FCL2 supervision period no longer pertains to EASA?

See FCL.910.FI FI – Restricted privileges.

CAP 804 Section 4 Part J, Subpart 1 Page 3 refers. (.pdf p 233/794).
