PPL pilots with instructor ratings

Hello,

Does anyone know any flying clubs or schools who use volunteer PPL pilots with JAA flight instructor ratings, (like part-time weekend instructors)?

If you have a FI rating why would a club or school be concerned about which licence you have?

Good question, and thats what I'm thinking, but I'm also wondering if it can cause conflict with other FI's who are on the payroll. So based on that issue, it makes me think, would a flying club or school say no to your offer of wanting to volunteer your services on a weekend.

Some may say no but I know a number of PPL FIs who regularly instruct. There are still a few traditional members flying clubs like the Sherwood Flying Club, and AWA at Coventry. It may help if they know you as a PPL flyer there.
