Unhappy working visa

I have been offered a job at a flight school in Boston, providing I get my instructor endorsement in the US, which is fine with me.
How do I get a working visa? If anyone has been through this, please know any feedback will be appreciated.

Search the "north american" forum. There are two older topics about work visas.

One way or another the school is going to have to support your visa application. They should know the system.
