Question Type of school

Hi guys. I've just joined your numbers as a flying instructor and am now looking for my first job.

I'm trying to find out the differences between a Cabair type outfit (ie largely committed to the commercial route) and a more club type place (eg the White Waltham, Old Sarum sort of place) where there is more of a social scene to the club.

Am I making a false distinction between the two types, and, if not, what do you see as being the pros and cons of each type of school?
