It's just a cancellation of version A to issue version B, which is now at AL1.

Similarly, AC23-8B got updated to AC23-8C last November to better cover light jets.

There is now a Draft update to AC25-7C to "reduce the number of differences from the EASA Test Guide". Believe it also incorporates the contents of AC 25-1329 (AFCS test requirements). The main reason for this is that the dividing line between AFCS & FBW is being blurred (to say the least). A copy is available here: http://www.faa.gov/aircraft/draft_do...airAC25_7C.pdf
