There is now a Draft update to AC25-7C to "reduce the number of differences from the EASA Test Guide". Believe it also incorporates the contents of AC 25-1329 (AFCS test requirements). The main reason for this is that the dividing line between AFCS & FBW is being blurred (to say the least). A copy is available here:
